You can customize how you receive updates about your support tickets.
How to Change Your Notification Settings
- Log in to your account at https://support.jhnet.co.za/.
- Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select “Notification Settings”.
- Choose which notifications you want to receive:
- Ticket Status Updates
- New Responses from Support Team
- Important Announcements
- Click “Save” to apply changes.
Unsubscribing from Notifications
- If you no longer wish to receive email notifications, you can click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email.
- Alternatively, contact our support team at [email protected] to update your preferences.
