Managing Notification Preferences

You can customize how you receive updates about your support tickets.


How to Change Your Notification Settings

  • Log in to your account at https://support.jhnet.co.za/.
  • Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  • Select “Notification Settings”.
  • Choose which notifications you want to receive:
    • Ticket Status Updates
    • New Responses from Support Team
    • Important Announcements
  • Click “Save” to apply changes.


Unsubscribing from Notifications

  • If you no longer wish to receive email notifications, you can click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email.
  • Alternatively, contact our support team at [email protected] to update your preferences.
